Apartment Leasing Professional (Floating) – East County (Alpine Area)

Are you a motivated leasing professional who enjoys variety and building strong resident relationships? We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Professional to float between three apartment communities located in the Alpine area. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with different teams and residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents

  • Manage leasing activities, applications, and move-ins

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

  • Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts

  • Maintain accurate leasing and resident records

  • Support property managers with daily office operations

  • Help maintain occupancy goals across multiple communities

Qualifications:

  • Previous apartment leasing experience required

  • Strong sales and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

  • Experience with property management software is a plus

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between three communities
