An Entry Level Apartment Leasing Agent is a professional who assists property managers by showing apartments to prospective tenants, answering questions about the property, processing rental applications, and helping with lease agreements. They often serve as the first point of contact for people interested in renting an apartment and play a key role in helping maintain high occupancy rates. This position is ideal for those new to the real estate or property management field, as it provides foundational experience in leasing and customer service. Entry level agents typically receive on-the-job training and may advance to more senior roles with experience.
