Leasing Professional
This role is responsible for delivering a high level of service to prospects and residents while supporting leasing activity and maintaining occupancy within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates. This role is structured to support individuals beginning their career in property management, as well as those with prior leasing experience who can contribute immediately. Regardless of experience level, candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to provide a polished and engaging experience for prospective residents.
Candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be invited to complete a brief self-guided video interview through our system.
Candidates must currently reside near the Tucson, AZ area.
Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses
Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skillset, and overall fit for the role. Entry-level candidates typically start at the lower end of the range, with opportunities for increased earnings as performance and proficiency in the role are demonstrated. Responsibilities and compensation will align with the candidate's level of experience and demonstrated capability.
This role provides a clear path for growth within leasing and property management.
What You Will Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
Conduct apartment tours and present the community and available homes with a polished and engaging approach
Follow up with prospects consistently to support leasing activity and conversions
Assist with the preparation and execution of lease agreements in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Support the onsite team in maintaining a well-presented and welcoming community environment
Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining organization and follow-through
Required schedule includes every Saturday and four weekdays

Prior customer service and sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar)
