Experienced Maintenance Technician – Luxury Apartment Community


HVAC • Resident Service • High Standards

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a luxury apartment community where quality, professionalism, and resident satisfaction matter. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands that every repair contributes to the resident experience.

1. You Can Fix Things

You have solid experience with apartment maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs. You can troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.

2. You Deliver Great Resident Service

You understand that maintenance is more than repairs. Residents rely on you to be professional, respectful, and responsive while working in their homes and throughout the community.

3. You Take Pride in Your Work

This is a luxury community where details matter. We are looking for someone who maintains high standards, takes ownership of their work, and helps create an exceptional living environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete service requests and work orders
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
  • Assist with apartment turns and make-ready work
  • Maintain community grounds and common areas
  • Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call rotation
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
  • Support resident events and community activities as needed
  • Work closely with the property management team and vendors

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical work as required
