Legacy Retirement Residence of Mesa invites a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Medication Specialist in Mesa, AZ. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with day and evening shifts, ensuring a balance between work and personal commitments while upholding our commitment to quality care.

QUALIFICATIONS + PERKS

• Completion of designated training programs prescribed by the Wellness Director or supervisor
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and resident transfers

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MEDICATION SPECIALIST

As a Medication Specialist, your day begins with thorough review and administration of medications as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Your attention to detail and adherence to proper dosages and schedules ensure the well-being of our residents.

In addition to medication administration, you assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, skincare, and dressing changes for chronic conditions. Effective communication with residents, families, and team members is important, as you collaborate to deliver exceptional care and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
