Superior Insurance Partners is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform, focused primarily on providing commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefit solutions to companies and individuals. Join Our Growing Team as a Client Service Representative Personal Lines! This is a hybrid role!

If so, then we want you to be a part of our team in Wyoming, OH. As a Client Service Rep with us, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued clients. Here's what you can expect:

How will you affect the business?

Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

3+ years of client service experience working P&C insurance specifically personal lines insurance
Property and Casualty Insurance License
Experience with AMS360 or Applied Epic a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Compensation is dependent upon experience level.
