We are seeking an Inside Salesperson to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:

- Be able to explain product design, features, and benefits to customers.
- Process requests for quote and purchases orders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields required.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Excel preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers.
- Strong communication skills.
