Job Description

We are seeking an individual to work in our service scheduling office. This is one of our starting positions and will work with many of our service staff to support their efforts and understand the processes. The candidate must be familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook. The position is in a mid-sized office environment, and requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work well both independently and in a group setting. A positive work attitude and good communication skills are key.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- General knowledge of basic account billing procedures.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills expected.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. This can be a fast-paced position with lots of paper flow.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal, written, and over the telephone.
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
- Should be highly motivated and willing to take ownership of duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to process a high volume of work on a daily basis.
- Excel skills in creating and manipulating spreadsheets and the ability to operate 10-key are preferred.

We are looking for an individual that will enjoy working with a well-established team. As, we are a security company you will undergo a background check and must not have a DUI for the past 10 years and or any felony offense on your record. Guardian Security also participates in pre-employment and random drug screening.
