1st Shift- ON CALL Floral Support Staff, $15.50/hr- Walker, MI
Workbox Staffing is hiring Floral Support Staff in Walker!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Making bouquets
- Cutting floral arrangements
- Package/Prepare floral arrangements for shipment
- Production support
- Efficiently perform duties in a timely manner to ensure daily quota given by supervisor is met.
- Follow all directions from supervisors and leads.
- Able to use pallet jack to move items around
Preferred Skills:
- Heavy Lifting, 70+ LBS Repetitive
- Ability to work a very repetitive task
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Bending (Lots of bending over), Twisting, and lifting throughout entire shift
- Ability to work overtime and flexible with work schedule
- Dependable
- Dress in layers could get cold
In this position you will be filled vases, heavy lifting, physical work. Will move around to different positions so they must be flexible. When a job is done will need to ask what they need to do next, no standing around. You will also be working with flowers packing, boxing orders, box crushing - No experience needed, willing to train.
