Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist customers with e-commerce orders, including processing returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively to manage sales transactions and inventory.
