While both roles involve working with flowers, a Floral Coordinator primarily manages the planning and coordination of floral elements for events, ensuring they align with the overall theme. A Floral Designer focuses on the artistic creation and arrangement of flowers. We are looking for a Floral Merchandiser to manage and merchandise floral displays for Kennicott Brothers. You will be responsible for ensuring the floral departments in our partner-retail chains are visually appealing, well-stocked, clean and maintained, and aligned with company standards. This role focuses on product presentation ,freshness, and customer satisfaction. This position will partner with KBC leadership to develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience. The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.
You must have experience in understanding a B2B customer’s needs and the selling environment within the floral catagory. We also want the individual to have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key for floral merchandisers.
