Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking three motivated and adaptable professionals to join our Corporate Purchasing team as Vehicle Exchange Coordinators. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on acquiring premium used vehicle inventory directly from customers.
As a key representative of our brand, you'll be the first point of contact for vehicle acquisition opportunities�both in our service lanes and through Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Instant Cash Offer leads. If you excel at building relationships, communicating with confidence, and closing opportunities, this role offers a rewarding and fast-paced career path.
What You'll Do
  • Engage Service Customers:
    Connect with customers in the service drive using a consultative, low-pressure approach to introduce upgrade or purchase opportunities.
  • Manage & Convert Leads:
    Handle incoming KBB Instant Cash Offer leads with urgency and professionalism, using persuasive communication to secure vehicle acquisitions.
  • Work Across Locations:
    Rotate between Kings Toyota, Northgate Ford, Fairfield Volkswagen, and Beechmont Subaru to support inventory needs and maximize opportunity.
  • Guide the Process:
    Perform initial vehicle evaluations, coordinate appraisals, and ensure a smooth, positive transaction experience.
  • Stay Flexible:
    Work retail hours aligned with peak traffic to capture the highest volume of opportunities.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or a strong background in hospitality or consultative roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt between relationship-building and negotiation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple locations
