We're looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure our clinical teams have everything they need to care for patients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of important operational responsibilities. You'll work independently while serving as a key member of a collaborative healthcare team.

Position Summary:  As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring equipment, supplies, and vehicles are organized, operational, and ready to support daily patient care.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Maintaining the readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and fleet vehicles used by our clinical teams
  • Managing inventory and ensuring critical supplies are stocked and available when needed
  • Cleaning, reprocessing, and preparing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) kits for patient use
  • Performing quality checks and coordinating maintenance for blood testing equipment
  • Coordinating routine vehicle maintenance and repairs with fleet service providers
  • Tracking equipment repairs and ensuring items are returned to service quickly
  • Supporting nursing operations through transportation of lab samples as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Schedule

  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM
