Job description

Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
Pochi Bubble Tea Cafe | Kirkland, Lynnwood, & Marysville, WA Part-Time (25-30 Hours Per Week) | Reports Directly to Owner and Supply Chain Manager
*This is an on-site position only. This is not a remote position. Applicants must be local to Washington State.*
Role Overview
Pochi Bubble Tea Cafe is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to oversee our inventory ecosystem. You will be the bridge between our vendors, our Pochi warehouse, our three cafe locations, and any other local suppliers. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys a mix of physical activity (driving/stocking) and administrative management (ordering/vendor relations).
Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Distribution: Operate the company van to pick up supplies from local suppliers/stores and our warehouse. Deliver items to the Kirkland, Lynnwood, and Marysville stores.
  • Strategic Stocking: Organize store inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to ensure maximum freshness and minimal waste.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized central warehouse. Accept and process overseas shipments, track stock levels, and optimize storage layouts.
  • Procurement & Vendor Relations: Monitor inventory needs across all locations, place orders to replenish stock, and maintain professional relationships with our vendors.
  • Sourcing: Occasionally assist the owner in researching and sourcing new products or alternative suppliers.

Requirements
  • Age & Licensing: Must be 25 years of age or older (required for company vehicle insurance coverage) and possess a valid WA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills are a must. Most coordination with the owner, store teams, and vendors happens via email or messaging platforms; clarity and professionalism are vital.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, load/unload the van, and remain active throughout the shift.
  • Organization: A logical mindset with an eye for detail-you should enjoy creating order out of chaos.
  • Driving Experience: Experience driving large vehicles (i.e. Sprinter Van) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $21-$24/hour (depending on experience).
  • Employee Discount: Enjoy Pochi perks at all three of our locations.
  • Wellness: Gym membership coverage provided after 90 days of employment.
  • Flexibility: A schedule designed to avoid peak Puget Sound traffic hours.
