At Vertical Screen, Inc., we help job applicants move forward in the hiring process by verifying their employment and education history. As a Verification Researcher, youโ€™ll conduct phone-based investigations in a non-sales call center environment, using your attention to detail and communication skills to gather accurate background information.

This position is eligible for hybrid work (2 days in Warminster, PA office / 3 days remote work) after 6 months of active employment, in accordance with the guidelines established for remote work.

The hours are 10am-6pm M-F. This position pays $16/hr.


  • Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews
  • Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches
  • Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes
  • Meet pre-established production goals

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
