Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.


Position Summary:

NOTE: Assignment Duration -Expected through Spring 2027 TAR execution and closeout.

Role may transition to a Project Manager post -TAR

The TAR Capital Coordinator provides single-point contact for integration, readiness, and governance of all capital projects associated with the Spring 2027 Turnaround (TAR). The role bridges Capital Engineering, Turnaround leadership, Scheduling, and Site Operations to ensure capital scope is fully defined, aligned, and executable within TAR constraints.


Responsibilities:

Maintain the authoritative portfolio of all TAR-related projects.

Coordinate with Project Managers to update TAR metrics.

Ensure alignment with TAR integration plans and readiness expectations.

Own capital participation in readiness reviews and post-TAR critiques.

Interface with TAR schedulers to validate scope and milestone inputs.

Provide portfolio-level reporting, risk identification, and escalation.


Qualifications:

Experience supporting turnaround (TAR) or outage-related capital project portfolios.

Strong cross-functional coordination skills.

Experience working in chemical, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.

Experience supporting multi-site or regional capital project portfolios.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
