Job Functions:
- Enthusiastic phone presence
- Making curtesy calls
- Provide retention of customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Follow up with customers who scheduled appointments but did not show up, try to address any issues.
- Recording and responding to customer complaints
- Collecting data about customer service trends.
- Research answers or solutions as needed
- Monitor and address Google Reviews
- Working various reports as requested
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
