Moxie Pest Control is hiring Customer Retention Specialists to help customers who are considering canceling their service find the right reason to stay.

This is a true customer retention role. You’ll talk with customers who are considering leaving, understand what’s driving their decision, and use your communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions that work for them.

When a customer is thinking about canceling, you’re the person who gets the opportunity to change their experience.

You’ll listen to what they need, uncover opportunities to improve their experience, and find a solution that gives them a reason to continue with Moxie.

Your goal is simple: understand the customer, find the right solution, and retain the relationship.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, communication, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with customers who are considering canceling their Moxie service
  • Understand their needs and identify opportunities to retain their account
  • Create solutions that provide value for the customer and Moxie
  • Build relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty
  • Handle service agreements, account updates, payments, and re-engagement opportunities
  • Work toward clear retention and performance goals

What You’ll Earn

$20–$21/hour base pay, depending on experience, plus performance-based monthly commission.

Our team has averaged $400–$1,000+/month in commission across recent quarters, with top performers earning $1,500–$1,700/month.
