In this role, the Customer Solutions Specialist will help build strong customer relationships, provide top-notch support, and share the benefits of our clients’ connectivity products and services. The ideal Customer Solutions Specialist candidate is approachable, professional, and genuinely passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience every time.


Daily duties of the Customer Solutions Specialist include:

  • Serve as a brand representative for our clients and directly engage in conversations to identify customer needs in the telecommunications sector. 
  • Create informative sales presentations of our client’s products and services that will help business owners make informed decisions.
  • Suggest additional products and services to customers, increasing brand value and achieving higher levels of revenue. 
  • Stay up-to-date on all products and services, as well as compliance guidelines and regulations that will make all interactions productive, professional and seamless. 
  • Execute sales and promotional sales strategies that will increase brand awareness in the community and generate new customer leads. 
  • Attend company wide sales training sessions, events and networking opportunities to expand skillset and knowledge. 


Qualifications of the Customer Solutions Specialist are:

  • 0-2 years of previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
  • A high school diploma is required for the role. 
  • Ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy. 
  • Successfully convey information to customers and identify their needs. 
  • Confident and professional in both verbal and written exchanges.
  • Desire to grow in a sales position and in a company that values people, progress, and long-lasting success.
