Given Integra’s continued growth and momentum, the company is adding team members to our Document Management team. Integra is seeking a results-oriented team player who pays attention to detail. The Document Management Order Entry Representative is responsible for entering data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes. Additionally, they will process durable medical equipment and prosthetic & orthotic orders and route them to the appropriate providers based on internal policies and procedures. The representative will also need to reach put to payers and providers to obtain information on orders as needed.

$16.00/hourly

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

The Order Entry Representative’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents

  • Sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

  • Route orders to servicing providers based on internal policies and procedures to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment to members

  • Handle and monitor NAQ requests

  • Will need to make occasional reach to providers/payers to obtain information on orders as needed.

  • Keep information confidential.

  • Constant focus on translating insights into action with a strong emphasis on achieving targeted results.

  • Able to self-manage, prioritize, and organize with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Sound judgement and critical thinking

  • Must be reliable, highly motivated self-starter, able to multitask and work independently within a fast-paced, team environment.

  • Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.

  • Must follow policies regarding attendance and punctuality.

  • Maintain a climate of teamwork and collaborative problem solving.

  • Regular monthly one-on-one meetings with leaders for mutual feedback and have initiated a personal development plan, so you have started to define a path for growth.

What will you learn in the first 6 months?

  • In the first six months you will learn the function of the Document Management team within the organization and be fully integrated in your position, company, and team.

  • You will understand your role and responsibilities, and which tools assist you in your position.

  • You will build your knowledge base relation to our business so that at six months, you are able to answer questions or know how/where to get answers or support.

  • During this time, you will set measurable goals for personal development and growth

What will you achieve in the first 12 months?

  • You will be fully integrated with your job, company, and team

  • You will be contributing your skills and knowledge to meet your department’s metrics and goals.

  • You will qualify for the annual company bonus program by meeting quality and performance goals.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Service Orientation – Actively looking for ways to help the department and company

  • Demonstrated ability to escalate, rectify, and manage production throughput

  • Excellent communicator and knows how to extract the best from teammates and peers by showing flexibility of approach and playing to people’s strengths

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and its reporting capabilities

  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Visio and MS Teams a plus)

  • Ability to type at or above 45 WPM (words per minute)

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work overtime as required
