Your Role: As the Shipping and Receiving Manager, you'll be a key supporting member of our operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving processes, from inventory management to order fulfillment.
• Implementing and optimizing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborating closely with our production, purchasing, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Managing a team of shipping and receiving personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring and maintaining quality standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
