Position: Aesthetic Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator

Location: Point Loma, CA

Compensation: Hourly rate: $20-$30, plus bonuses; 5 days a week, 7-8 hour shifts

Job Description:

Are you passionate about the aesthetics industry and driven by the opportunity to exceed sales goals? Join our team at Cryo Sculpting Lab MedSpa as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator. We specialize in non-invasive body contouring treatments.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales through various channels such as text, phone calls, and in-person interactions, while also managing consultations and selling treatment packages.

One of the main role of this position is calling all leads and booking new appointments following a script and taking a deposit to book new Appointments.
***Must be willing to make a lot of calls each day with the ability to be persuasive.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct consultations with patients and guide them through treatment options
- Manage the Front Desk, including answering calls, patient check-ins, and check-outs
- Utilize various communication channels to upsell to existing patients and book appointments
- Educate patients on our procedures, products, and services
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the office
- Assist with administrative tasks and support medical staff as needed
- Contribute to social media efforts to engage with our audience

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Desire to grow within the company and eventually transition into a sales management role

We are seeking a responsible individual who will perform some front desk duties and daily spa maintenance duties. We offer non-invasive body contouring treatments. We also offer skin care and other products..

Our ideal candidate is punctual, extremely organized, reliable, professional, self-motivated, has excellent phone skills, a positive attitude, enjoys working in customer service, has a passion for field of aesthetics, prides him/herself in having a professional appearance, enjoys learning, and has a flexible schedule. Ideally possesses an aesthetic knowledge base to discuss with clients details about our medical spa treatments.

Room for growth: Ideally we are looking for someone who may like to learn to be a technician and perform treatments using our technology.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Address caller questions
Patient scheduling
Collect payments
Retrieve client files
Take patient before and after photos
Client quality control callbacks
Help with patient flow
Assist with sanitizing, disinfecting, and prepping treatment rooms
Light cleaning duties
Discharge instructions and schedule follow ups
Help with retail sales
Assist with marketing and social networking
Inventory tracking and product restocking
Order supplies as needed
Work closely with the owner to assure a comfortable, professional experience for patients.
Join in on staff trainings for new procedures, new retail products, and new protocols
Be flexible and open to new roles and ongoing changes
Must be computer proficient and open to learning new software for patient
scheduling

Typically days/hours are Tuesday - Saturday (usually 9:45 AM- 5:45 PM)
