Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resolution and time management skills
- Ability to work various shifts, including afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Experience with OPERA Cloud and QUORE preferred
