4. ALWAYS BE LEARNING: When you say or think you know it all its at that moment you have lost your ability to learn. Keep an open mind there are always things to be learned even from people or things you dislike. When we stop learning, we start dying.

5. EXTREME OWNERSHIP: Take responsibility for leading everyone in your world, subordinates, and superiors alike. If someone is not doing what you want or need them to do look in the mirror first and determine what you can do to better enable this. Don’t ask your leader what you should do, tell them what you are going to do. For every problem come back with 2 solutions.

We consistently make efforts to build strong relationships with everyone we encounter in our community. This creates strong bonds and friendships that ultimately creates lifetime customers and loyalty to the brand.

7. TAKE INITIATIVE & BE FEARLESS: We do not wait to be told to do something. We take the initiative to get things done without being asked. When taking this initiative, we must be fearless doing it. We accept that we will make mistakes along the way, but not being afraid of failure is key to our success.

8. BE FULLY TRANSPARENT: Customers want to give their business to transparent companies, and great talent want to work at transparent companies. A lack of transparency results in distrust and a deep sense of insecurity. Our goal is to create a Family of Trust where your team or patients can come to you for anything. We can find solutions when we know the truth.

9. BE VITAL & EXPECT MIRACLES: We are vital to each other, as well as to the patient’s health. A vitalistic approach to healthcare makes our team and office unique. The belief of expecting miracles comes from a positive mindset, anticipating the best in people.

10. PRIDE IN WHAT WE STAND FOR: Be proud of what you stand for, in life and health. Our approach can be attacked because people don’t know what they don’t know.
