Position:

Join our vibrant school community as a Marketing, Admissions & Operations Director! This role serves as an integral part of our school community with growth opportunities. The Director is a core part of the administrative team working under the supervision of the principal.

Leadership Role:

  • Serve as a key administrative team member reporting to the school principal
  • Assist with and monitor basic school operations
  • Lead the Marketing and Admissions Team
  • Coordinate and manage core school operations
  • Oversee Parent Coordinator & Office Assistant


Responsibilities:
Marketing & Admissions

  • Lead the Admissions and Marketing Team to hit enrollment targets.
  • Refine & articulate the brand and marketing plan leveraging social media, the school’s website, and community publications and partnerships.
  • Lead, supervise, manage, and evaluate the Marketing & Admissions Teams, including social media content creators and IT Director.
  • Organize and lead and include students, parents, and teachers in all admissions events throughout the year.
  • Determine local media online and print publications, price, and plan periodic advertisements.
  • Leverage advertising for targeted promotions and enhance ROI.
  • Feeder school outreach and liaison.

Operations

  • Support teams of staff to coordinate and promote effective, engaging school events.
  • Oversee the team that handles facility, school meals and emergency drills.
  • Transportation coordination.
  • Support the school nurse with health records and compliance.
  • Coordinate and support employees with the online HR portal.
  • Collaborate with leadership on annual handbook updates.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000-$75,000
  • 12-month position with paid time off – enjoy your summers, breaks, and more.
  • 8:00am - 4:00 pm with off-hours events.

  • Proactive and can work independently.
  • Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic school environment.
  • Tech-savviness and fluency in using modern office tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Greek-speaking a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Fingerprint and background check.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, compassion, and an ever-present sense of humor.
