We are an established, outpatient Internal Medicine practice seeking our newest team member, a Physician Assistant. Here you’ll join a two-provider practice specializing in Internal Medicine and Adult Primary Care. This position offers a focused and balanced work environment, ideal for someone who values patient-centered care and a collaborative team approach.

As a Physician Assistant in our practice, you will handle a manageable workload of 12-15 patients per day, allowing you to spend quality time with each patient and provide personalized care. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about internal and looking to grow their expertise in a supportive and patient-focused setting.

Requirements:

• Licensed in Texas as a Physician Assistant.

• Preferably some experience in a Primary Care setting, willing to train the right candidate.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $125,000 - $135,000, based on experience

• Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days Vacation, plus 2 additional days Sick Time

• At this time we do not offer a group medical or dental plan.

Location: Dallas, TX 75240 - Situated in the northern part of Dallas, known for its residential and commercial blend, providing a vibrant community atmosphere.
