We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with data extraction and keying ADA forms for a large healthcare payer. The role involves accurately entering data at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute. The position requires availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Work Schedule: Mon TO Fri: 8am to 6:30pm (10-12 hours shifts depending on volume)
Location: Plano, TX

Pay rate: $16 per hour

Contract Duration:3-4 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Extracting data from various sources and entering it into the designated system.
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.
• Adhering to established guidelines and protocols for data entry processes.
• Meeting productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet workload demands.

Requirements:

• Proficient typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must pass background and drug test
