Job Description

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Giles Innovative Products, LLC, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers and CAD Specialists, contributing your skills in CAD and 3D software to bring innovative ideas to life. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical, and structural layouts.
Utilize CAD and 3D software to create detailed design drawings and models.
Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Conduct design analysis and provide input during project design periods.
Participate in design reviews and contribute constructive feedback.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to provide support during the fabrication process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (Tekla, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering or structural engineering.
