Temporary HR Generalist Position 3-4 months
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as an important member of our team, utilizing their skills and experience to drive various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who possesses a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Provide support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, onboarding, and orientation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, offering coaching and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist with investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the HRBP II to implement HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, training, and development.
Stay informed of legal and regulatory changes affecting HR practices and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in SAP, HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
