We are seeking a Probate And Estate Planning Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. The ideal applicant must possess the ability to work independently and complete assigned work in a timely manner while handling several cases at one time.
Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, probate pleadings, and other legal documents
Assist with entire probate and/or trust administration process
E-file pleadings and court documents.
Coordinate calendar and schedule appointments.
Maintain correspondence with Clients/others.
General office administration to support the attorneys
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organized
