Job Description
Overview:
Assistant Property Manager duties are to provide support to the Property Manager in various tasks related to property management, including providing excellent customer service to owners, residents, and visitors. In addition:
Responsibilities
Process Sales and Lease Applications:
Assist in processing sales and lease applications, ensuring all required documentation is collected and recorded accurately.
Follow checklist to add new members of the community to association records and systems.
Assist with Orientations:
Support in conducting orientations for new residents, providing them with necessary information and resources.
Manage Reservations:
Assist in handling reservations for elevators and clubhouse facilities, ensuring efficient coordination and scheduling.
First Point of Contact:
Serve as the initial point of contact for residents and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
Transfer inquiries to the Property Manager when necessary, while gathering relevant information (appointment details, name, reason/reference, unit/company) for communication.
Accounts Payable Assistance:
Support with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
Registration Assistance:
Assist with pet, vehicle, and bicycle registration processes within the community.
Collections Support:
Aid in collection efforts by communicating with residents regarding outstanding balances and assisting in resolving payment issues.
Mass Communications Assistance:
Support in the distribution of mass communications to residents, ensuring
