Part-Time Real Estate Showing Assistant and Real Estate Agent- License Required

Need to live and reside 45 minutes from San Jose, California

Our real estate team has been growing and we need hungry talent! We are looking for a showing partner. This is a fast-paced work environment. The role requires the person to be a licensed Bay Area Realtor and have Supra access. I will cover the fees for these subscriptions.

Must have weekends open for showings as that is when most home showings/open houses will be and work 1 day on the weekdays (W/Th/Fr)

Newer agents preferred.

This is for those hungry individuals who have a positive attitude and are coachable.

If you don't already have CAR/Silvar/Supra access, I will cover your setup fees but if you leave/get terminated within 6 months, you will need to reimburse the setup fees.

$20 hourly

• Follow-up calls on leads and assist with nurturing
• Show homes to clients
• Host Open Houses and get new clients
• Door Knock neighbors to invite them to open house (as needed)
• Help host local events
• Calling other real estate agents

• Must have a clean driving record and license
• Growth opportunities especially to transition as a buyer's agent if you want to
• Work schedule typically Wednesday/Th/Friday (1 day) and the weekends 9-6PM
• Salary: $20/hour + mileage reimbursement
