Medical Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Medical Assistant, RMA provides clinical support by triaging clinical phone calls, facilitating prior authorizations, processing prescription refill requests, performs lab tests and procedures, directs patient flow, and supports clinical operations. Will need great communication skills by communicating with our remote clinic providers, nurses, patients and will need to provide cohesiveness across all clinic sites. This position requires at least 1-3 years of experience.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Medical Assistant with administrative assistant office experience. 1-3 years of experience required.
- Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer systems including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different customer situations
