WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to perform the following:

• 3+ years of electrical experience.
• Knowledge of current NEC.
• High School diploma or GED
• Driver's license.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Read and understand wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical circuits.
• Use an electrical meter, hand tools, and power tools.
• Bend and install EMT, IMC, and rigid.
• Carry and use ladders safely.
• Work alone and with other employees.

OTHER SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

• Understanding of HVAC systems.
• Experience with LON, BACnet, and Modbus protocols.
• Experience with installing specialty flow, pressure, and monitoring sensors.
• Experience with installing cameras and door hardware associated with security systems.
• Ability to read and understand IO point lists and flow diagrams.
• Understanding of Analog and digital inputs and outputs.
• Experience in building panels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• To properly perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers to grasp/handle/feel. The employee frequently is required to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb up and down ladders and/or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. This position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• This position requires frequent working outdoors, inside mechanical/equipment rooms, and regularly being exposed to extreme inside/outside weather conditions including extreme hot and/or extreme cold. This position is regularly exposed to live voltage, moving mechanical parts, and heavy equipment. Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, elevated and/or precarious workplaces, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock and vibration. Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.
