We are excited to start a search for an exceptional culinary professional who has a passion for cooking and customer service. This individual will assume the title of Executive Sous Chef for a Brunch Concept, in a completely scratch kitchen, in the Orlando Metro Area of Florida. You will focus on Menu and Recipe Development, Culinary Team Leadership and Development, Cost Analysis and Control, and Running Expo to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery. If you want to showcase your ability and passion for producing quality food from scratch and would like to be home in time for dinner, this is the opportunity for you! We are also looking to add a Pastry Chef with creativity baked into their DNA and the same passion for excellence.

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, as a Sous Chef, in a scratch kitchen
  • Experience with stocks, soups, and butchery
  • Creative Culinary Menu Development
  • Leadership and Development of a Culinary Team
  • Restaurant Financial Acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

Pastry Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, as a Pastry Chef, in a scratch kitchen
  • Scratch Baking Skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
