Chief Medical Officer Psychiatrist - Inpatient Adult/General

Experience: 0 - 40 Year
Must-Haves:
Board Certification in Psychiatry
Medical Director Experience.

& & & Full time employed
& & & Mon-Fri Schedule
& & & 1:5 weekend coverage
& & & once per week overnight call
& & & psych NP support
& & & above average base salary
& & & manageable caseload,
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision for inpatient adult/general psychiatric services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and scope of psychiatric services
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of psychiatrists and other clinical staff
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Active state medical license
- Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in inpatient adult/general psychiatry
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of regulatory standards and quality metrics in psychiatry
