Operations Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities include ensuring financial efficiency, accurate inventory reporting, cost accounting, pricing guidance, and managing employee benefits. Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Handle accounts payable to maintain financial obligations and supplier relationships.

• Administer payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation.

• Support department and project budgeting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial efficiency.

• Ensure accurate reporting of inventory and deliver cost accounting support.
• Prepare pricing guidance and gross profit margin analysis for strategic decision-making.

• Administer employee benefits.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.
• An MBA is preferable, adding value through advanced business acumen.
• Relevant work experience in company operations is essential to understand the unique challenges and dynamics of the industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
