Hiring: Facilities Director of Operations
Location: Lincoln, AL

The primary duty of the Facilities Director of Operations involves overseeing all aspects of the account in alignment with the Master Services Agreement (MSA), ensuring exceptional customer experiences, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include executing customer satisfaction surveys, interpreting financial and maintenance data to reduce costs, developing analytics for key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), understanding contract terms, maintaining compliance with policies, budget planning, supervising personnel development, ensuring safety, managing contractors, maintaining workflow balance, and participating in facilities planning. The position also involves recruiting, managing, and leading teams for continuous improvement, initiating quality and customer service improvements, and designing administrative controls and standards as needed. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required:

· Preferably holds a 4-Year Bachelor's degree.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering and/or Facilities Management.

· Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager or Real Property Administrator are desirable for specific assignments.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

· Proficient in effectively presenting information and responding to sensitive issues.

· Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.

· Strong budget management skills with the ability to balance opportunities for profitable growth.
