Artist Operation Manager

Artist Operation Manager at Creative Environments, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 3D artists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality 3D images and videos that exceed client expectations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our standards and procedures, facilitating effective communication between designers, 3D artists, and upper management. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the schedules of 10-20 3D artists, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of 3D artists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional work. • Review and critique 3D image and video output to maintain high-quality standards and address any areas for improvement. • Implement, uphold, and improve standards and procedures related to 3D art production processes. • Facilitate communication between designers, 3D artists, and upper management to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. • Utilize working knowledge of programs such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro to enhance the quality of 3D output. • Manage schedules of 10-20 3D artists, assigning tasks, prioritizing workloads, and adjusting schedules as needed to meet project deadlines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into projects. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Arizona plant palette and landscape/pool/outdoor kitchen construction knowledge to accurately represent outdoor environments in 3D renderings
