Job Description
The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization, is seeking an outgoing, professional part-time Leasing Consultant for our garden style apartment communities located in Hamilton Township, NJ
Requirements:
- strong organizational skills
- customer service oriented
- attention to detail
- ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills – MRI – I LOVE LEASING a plus!
- Must have vehicle to back and forth to the two properties being supported by this position
Responsibilities:
- type leases
- prepare move-in files.
- take and process applications.
- answer telephone inquiries
- show apartments to perspective residents
- walk vacant ready apartments.
- working knowledge of MS OFFICE
- additional leasing responsibilities as required
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 10-20 hours per week (based on property need)
