Job Description

Emerald Search Partners is assisting a flourishing labor and employment law firm in their search for an Office Administrator to manage the operations of their Seattle and Portland offices (4245). The Office Manager will play an integral role on the team, working collaboratively with firm management and corporate departments. Key responsibilities include:

Providing leadership and direction to office staff
Project management
Staffing/recruiting
Facilities management
Human resources management
Facilitation of technological resources and practice support

The successful candidate will have a least 5 years of office management experience, as well as a thorough understanding of law firm or professional services administration.
