Job Description:

We are looking for an easy-going and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager and another position open for Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity if you are experienced in the insurance industry or just starting. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

If you possess a strong desire to deliver great customer service, we want you to apply now! This entry-level role offers complete training and support to help you flourish. You will receive the required guidance and resources to develop the skills and understanding needed for success. We will pay 100% for you to obtain an Indiana Property and Casualty Insurance License. Base pay for a newly licensed or inexperienced individual for their first year: $42,000 per year. As part of your compensation package, we offer Health Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), performance bonuses, Monday through Friday Schedules, and so much more!

Are you experienced as an Insurance Account Manager? Great!

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our book of business. A Property and Casualty (P&C) License and insurance coverage knowledge with an ability to communicate clearly to clients is a must-have. Base pay for a licensed, experienced (3+ years) individual in this position: $48,000 per year. As part of your compensation package, we offer Health Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), performance bonuses, Monday through Friday Schedules, and so much more!

Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to create trust to support customer retention and product loyalty.
  • Develop insurance quotes and advise customers on insurance policies based on their needs and goals.
  • Follow up with customers promptly and answer any questions they may have.
  • Continue to look for cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.
  • In everyday operations, use computer systems to document customer interactions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED.
  • Indiana Property and Casualty License REQUIRED. Will pay 100% for licensing.
  • Willing to consider candidates without insurance experience. Willing to train. Insurance Experience is a BONUS!
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success as an Account Manager is preferred.
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Ability to independently prioritize and organize the day
