About the Job
Join Aster Springs, part of the Odyssey Eating Disorder Network, as a Full-time 2nd shift Recovery Care Specialist (RCS) and become part of our esteemed team of eating disorder professionals. Located in Nashville, our facility offers evidence-based residential and outpatient treatment in a serene setting minutes away from downtown. We provide various benefits including professional development opportunities, healthcare plans, and emotional well-being support. As an RCS, you will directly engage with clients, providing emotional support, mealtime assistance, and facilitating therapeutic activities. Essential responsibilities include facilitating shift communication, participating in training, and maintaining client safety. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree, First Aid/CPR certification, and proficiency in communication and problem-solving skills.
