Title: Project Manager, Systems Implementations

Pay Range: $55.29 - $67.31 / hourly DOE

The hiring pay range for this position is $55.29 - $67.31 per hour based on skills, education, and experience relevant to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support for four automatic / interactive learning systems being deployed by Inventprise:
  • Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Starlims.
  • Quality Management System (QMS), replacing Paradigm.
  • NetSuite enterprise resource planning / inventory management software (ERP).
  • Learning  Management  System (LMS).
• The scope of activity requires the Project Manager to facilitate achievement of critical milestones and timelines, including: Project planning using Smartsheet software, Gantt chart overviews, budgeting and resource management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Resolve project issues or determine when escalation to leadership (e.g. GPT leaders and / or project sponsors) as required.
  
• Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews and provide project summary updates.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Information Technology is required, and a PMP certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience working in a biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or highly regulated environment.
• Experience with deploying one of the following platforms: Starlims, a Quality Management System, NetSuite or a Learning Management System.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, and high proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to proactively problem-solve, working through conflicting priorities.
• Ability to understand how multiple systems, workflows, and timelines work together.
  
• Ability to be physically mobile within the operating environment (i.e. laboratories, manufacturing, etc.).
  

Physical Demands:

• Adequate visual and mental acuity to maintain prolonged use of computer work.
• Multiple hours of standing, sitting, or walking when performing computer work.
  

Mental Demands:

• Self-directing, once training is successfully completed, but with need to immediately elevate potential concerns/discrepancies to management in a timely fashion.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor in communicating with all Inventprise personnel.
• Ability to tackle various tasks and switch pace based on priorities.
  

Working Conditions:

• Onsite presence is required in Washington, US.
