Job description

Job Summary: The implementer will lead the on-site and/or remote implementation of our software product as well as provide ongoing support to customers. After the initial training period, each implementer typically concentrates on one specific line of business. The open position is on the team implementing our industrial gas and welder supply customers. Successful implementers will have exceptional customer service skills, be resourceful and have a strong tenacity to solve problems. This is an exempt position reporting into the manager of the applicable support services group. Travel is required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Provide on-site/remote customer implementation as a trainer, consultant, and advisor to managers and key personnel.
  • Provide pre-implementation and follow-up support to customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Assist in the development of training methods and materials for in-house and customer use.
  • Conduct advanced and optional training, audit services, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
  • Maintain administrative requires required for new account management.
  • Assist support team by answering help desk tickets and phone calls as time allows.
  • Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference. Will attend/participate, and may present and/or assist with development of presentations.
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience using computers in a business environment.
  • Accounting background, or project management experience preferred.
  • Teaching or training experience.

Travel/Working Conditions This position will be in office at our Billings, Montana location. The implementer will regularly travel to customer sites with the expected travel to be approximately 25% of the time.
