Position Title: Airbrush Artist Vendor Booth Manager

Location: Miami Dade and Broward County, Florida

Job Type: Part-time, Event-based

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as an event vendor Booth Manager. As our assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our airbrush artist booth, interacting with event guests of all ages, and ensuring smooth operations during events in Miami Dade and Broward County, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with Event Guests: Engage with event attendees in a welcoming and friendly manner. Provide information about our airbrush services, answer questions, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Taking Orders for Custom Airbrush Items: Assist guests in placing orders for custom airbrushed items, including apparel, accessories, and other merchandise. Gather necessary details accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting the Artist: Work closely with the airbrush artist to support them in organizing items to be customized. Ensure the artist has all necessary supplies and equipment readily available.
• Managing Workflow: Maintain an organized and efficient workflow at the booth. Coordinate with the artist to prioritize orders and manage wait times effectively.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Working with Kids: Comfortably interact with children who visit the booth, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience. Assist them in selecting designs and placing orders as needed.
• Representing the Brand: Uphold the image and values of our brand through your interactions with guests and your professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working with both adults and children in a fast-paced event environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
• Reliable transportation to commute to events in Miami Dade and Broward County, Florida.
