Booth Security Specialist - Century City

The Booth Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and property at The Century Plaza. This role requires a professional and courteous demeanor, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations.

Key Responsibilities:Access Control:

  1. Monitor and control access to the building from the security booth.
  2. Verify the identity of residents, visitors, and delivery personnel.
  3. Maintain a log of all visitors, contractors, and service providers entering the premises.

Surveillance:

  1. Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems for any unusual activity.
  2. Conduct regular perimeter checks and report any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
  3. Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.

Emergency Response:

  1. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including fire, medical, and security incidents.
  2. Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services when necessary.
  3. Assist in evacuations and provide clear instructions to residents during emergencies.

Customer Service:

  1. Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
