We're hiring for a Senior Accountant for a growing manufacturer in Fayetteville, TN!

This is a direct hire/permanent job opportunity

Preferred for the candidate to have an accounting degre/CPA

Experience from a fast paced environment or manufacturing facility is highly preferred!

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:

4-7 years of previous experience in accounting
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA required (active license)
Must have Assurance experience-reviews, compilations, and audits
Previous experience working in a Tier II financial firm preferred
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools (CCH ProSystem preferred)
Detail and deadline-oriented
