Dispatcher

The role of the dispatcher is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the moving crews run smoothly, the schedule is up to date, and all jobs are crewed appropriately. This role is vital in ensuring that each job runs smoothly and that the moving crews have what they need to be successful. This role will work closely with the Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager to keep information flowing between the office, warehouse, and field. This role is also vital in making sure that the company is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws as it relates to vehicles and drivers. The dispatcher will be required to be at the location early in the morning.

$20 hourly

• Schedule appropriately
• Keep up with paperwork and certification
• Problem solve schedule and crew issues
• Track, maintain, and update necessary records for DOT and Insurance reporting to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with Warehouse manager on fleet maintenance and repair
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
