Prominent Plaintiff's First Party Property Litigation Law Firm with multiple offices in Florida is seeking a highly motivated and passionate experienced First Party Property Attorney to join our FORT LAUDERDALE office. One of the many reasons associates like working at Demesmin & Dover is our strong mentoring program that aids in assimilation. All new associates are assigned a first-year mentor, and all associates and laterals are assigned a departmental mentor. Mentors help new attorneys meet people within the firm and act as a sounding board for questions regarding work assignments, career development or any other issues that might arise. Our FIRMily approach brings each individual into the common enterprise and promotes the development of supportive personal relationships that endure the challenges of practicing law.

Requirements:

***IDEAL Candidates have 1-3+ years’ experience in either Plaintiff's or Defense First Party Property Litigation in FLORIDA***

Position Summary:

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can handle their caseload autonomously and see that our clients receive first-class treatment and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are required to meet with clients to discuss their case, provide empathy and compassion, and prove their capacity to earn their trust, respect, and confidence. A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases is a plus. MUST be currently admitted to practice law AND live in SOUTH FLORIDA.
