Job Description
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team! This position is hands on, performing trades to meet meet project objectives. We are looking for someone with a broad understanding of the construction process including but not limited to the specifics limited below. BCB offers medical, dental, vision benefits and 401k plan.
Responsibilities:
- Perform variety of hands on trades, including (but not limited to) finish carpentry, framing, door and window install and decking
- Thorough understanding of scope of work for remodeling and new build projects
- Maintain clean and safe workspace
- Work with employees and subs to get job completed
- Review and communicate production status reports
Qualifications:
- Perform trades at high level without rework
- Must know how to use all tools effectively and safely
- Construction trade and aterial (including material purchasing) knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
